Steve Rowley is responsible for the strategic oversight of all investments from pipeline formation to capital raise and project structuring to leasing and disposition, as well as crafting the market strategy, expansion, and execution of the growth of the team across the Southeast.

Prior to joining Outrigger, Steve served as chief investment officer and executive vice president of Centris, as well as vice president market officer at Liberty Property Trust where he opened the Georgia office and led leasing and development in the Virginia and South Florida markets. Prior to Liberty, Steve was a senior market representative with Prologis, covering San Antonio, Austin, El Paso, Denver and Phoenix. He has closed over 750 leases, acquisition, and development projects throughout the Southeast and Southwest markets worth over $1B in asset value and was a leader of Liberty's Industrial Practice Group.  Steve is active in NAIOP and SIOR.

Steve earned a BS in Finance from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
