Outrigger Industrial is a partnership between investor members Davidson Kempner Capital Management and Monarch Alternative Capital, and the four-founding managing partners. Outrigger Industrial is a developer of class A real estate assets and redevelopment of real estate assets used for logistics, distribution, assembly, outdoor storage, data centers, cold storage and light manufacturing around the US. The firm focuses on infill and other high barriers to entry submarkets in major US cities that exhibit strong fundamentals. Outrigger Industrial has offices in Chicago, Southern California, Houston, Atlanta, Philadelphia, and Columbus to provide leadership at regional and local levels.

Outrigger Industrial is founded by four seasoned real estate development executives each with over 20 years in the commercial real estate and related business. The firm brings a collective wealth of experience with several billions of dollars of projects completed across North America. We have executed $1.6 billion of combined investment in strategic markets such as Southern and Northern California, Seattle, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Savannah, Orlando, Chicago, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, and Columbus. Outrigger Industrial capitalizes investments in JV partnerships with best-in-class capital partners and through its privately held REIT, Centris Industrial.
