With 35 years of construction and commercial real estate development experience, Joe Trinke serves as Co-Founder and Managing Partner for Outrigger Industrial. By building key relationships through a collaborative approach, Joe's responsibilities include leading the company's strategy for development across the Southwest region, with focus on the Texas, Colorado, Arizona, and Nevada markets.

Prior to his role at Outrigger, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Centris Industrial, a private REIT.  He spent the previous 23 years in a variety of roles at publicly traded REIT Liberty Property Trust where he grew through positions such as VP Leasing and Development in Lehigh Valley PA, Market Officer in multiple markets, and Senior Vice President Regional Director across the Southeast, Midwest, and Southwest US.   In 2011 Joe was tapped to select and lead an internal team along with the support of outside consulting firm Deloitte to formulate the company’s industrial strategy, beginning the firm’s transformation from primarily office to a predominantly industrial make-up.  He then completed his term with Liberty working with the C-Suite and the Board of Trustees on certain COO functions through the eventual merger with Prologis in 2020. 

Joe earned his BS in Civil Engineering and his MBA from Villanova University.
