Cat Covey is an Investment Professional for Outrigger Industrial as well as Centris industrial. She is responsible for development and value add support on the full deal cycle including new underwritings, equity/debt procurement, and facilitating deal closings. Additionally, Cat supports the investment management and corporate finance function of the business.  Cat originally joined the team at CA Industrial in 2022.

Before joining Outrigger Industrial, Cat was an Associate at KPMG Chicago on their Real Estate Valuations team.

Cat holds a BS in Finance & Commercial Real Estate from Indiana University's Kelly School of Business.
