In his role as Vice President, Adam Niemeyer is responsible for the execution of Outrigger’s growth across the Midwest and the strategic oversight of investment management functions for the national platform.

Prior to joining Outrigger, Niemeyer worked at First Industrial Realty Trust where he was involved in 20+ acquisitions and developments, totaling over 2 million square feet with a value of more than $200 million.

Adam is a graduate of the Ohio State University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate.
