Outrigger Industrial is currently managing the construction and development of a 200,000 SF advanced manufacturing Build-to-Suit for Moxion Power.  The property is approximately 15 acres and is located at Terminal 3 in the City of Richmond, California.  The project was preleased to Moxion Power, who will be the long-term occupant and already occupies a portion of the Ford Point building across the street.  Moxion (www.moxionpower.com) plans to utilize the building to build clean energy generators.  This facility will generate approximately 800 local manufacturing jobs, and build approximately 10,000 mobile energy storage units annually which represent over 7GWh of battery capacity.  The building is expected to be delivered Q4 2024.
