CA – September 30, 2025 Outrigger Industrial has announced the completion of two Class A industrial buildings at Telegraph Pointe in Santa Fe Springs, California. The new development located at the intersection of Telegraph Road and Santa Fe Springs Road transformed vacant property into 179,000 square feet of state-of-the-art industrial space designed to achieve LEED Silver Certification.

Telegraph Pointe, situated on 10 acres, is comprised of a 58,463 square foot building located at 12551 Telegraph Road and a 121,124 square foot building at 10251 Santa Fe Springs Road. Their numerous features include dedicated office spaces, 30’ clear heights, 60’ staging bays as well as ample dock doors and parking. In addition, the sustainable design has helped to reduce whole site water use by an estimated 60% and accounts for a 50% projected decrease in comparative energy consumption. The location provides easy access to all major freeways, LAX airport as well as the port of Los Angeles.
