Houston, TX - July 17, 2025 Outrigger Industrial has signed a lease with Representative Materials Company (RMC) for 119,355 square feet of Class A industrial space at 1055 West Lake Houston Parkway located in Generation Park Distribution Center, Houston, Texas. The lease brings the building occupancy rate to 46%. RMC is the first tenant signed to the newly completed business park.

RMC is slated to occupy 119,355 of the 255,871 square foot building later this month
which features 32’ clear heights, 185’ truck court, 52’x54’ column spacing, 60’ foot
speed bay, 43 dock doors, 262 parking spaces and 58 trailer parks. It is conveniently located minutes from every major interstate in Houston, IAH airport as well as local rail and sea terminals.

Generation Park Distribution Center is a two-building industrial distribution center
encompassing 1.28 square feet of space situated across two sites on a combined 87.5 acres within Generation Park, a master-planned business park located on Beltway 8 in Northeast Houston. It is located adjacent to Generation Park’s amenities including lakes, trails and parks and utilizes the Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) benefit. Generation Park is home to FMC Technip and Service Wire & Cable, Target’s recently completed 1.4 million square foot facility and is currently being considered by Eli Lily for a new $5.9B biomanufacturing plant.

Industrial in the transaction while Ryan Fuselier and David Buescher, also of JLL,
represented the tenant.
