Outrigger Industrial Hires Russell Bormann As Vice President, Texas Market Officer
New Hire for Outrigger
Dallas, TX – January 8, 2026 - Outrigger Industrial announced today that Russell Bormann will join the company as Vice President, Market Officer for the Texas region. Mr. Bormann is charged with growing the company’s portfolio locally through new development and acquisition projects while maximizing current industrial investments.

Mr. Bormann comes to Outrigger Industrial from Portman Industrial in Dallas, where he served as Vice President, Southwest, overseeing market strategy and development across the Southwest. Prior to Portman, he held several positions at Patrinely in Houston, where he helped lead the company’s project management efforts for developments across the Rocky Mountain Region and Texas. Mr. Bormann holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah.
He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) in Texas and resides in Dallas with his wife and two children.
