Outrigger Industrial Grows California Portfolio With Value-Add Acquisition In Los Angeles Area
Upgrades Planned to Infrastructure, Safety Systems and Building Exterior
Los Angeles, CA – January 13, 2026 Outrigger Industrial, in partnership with Wang Peng Investment Group, Incorporated, has acquired the 127,735 square foot building located at 215 North Smith Avenue, in Corona, California. The Joint Venture plans significant upgrades to the facility through construction of a new office, additional dock high doors, pavement rehabilitation, and aesthetic improvements. Modernizing the building will complement the existing features which include a high-power capacity, in-place service of ~3,000 AMPs.

The newly acquired building is set on six acres located in western Riverside County, about forty-five miles southeast of Los Angeles. The site offers convenient access to I-15 and SR-91, both within two miles, making it well-connected for regional travel through the Inland Empire and into Orange County. The full building is available for lease or sale.
Tony Phu of Colliers represented the buyer and is spearheading leasing. Michael Kendall, Gian Bruno, and Jennifer Bartlet also of Colliers represented the seller.
