Outrigger Industrial Signs Lease With Boehringer Ingelheim For 45,873 Square Feet In Oakwood, GA
New Lease Brings Falcon II Distribution Center Occupancy Rate to 70%
Oakwood, GA – November 3, 2025 Outrigger Industrial has signed a lease with Boehringer Ingelheim, a leading life sciences company, for 45,873 square feet at the Falcon II Distribution Center, located at 3920 Falcon Industrial Parkway, Oakwood, Georgia. Boehringer is expected to occupy the warehouse early next year, increasing the occupancy rate at the 40-acre industrial park to 70%.

Falcon II Distribution Center in Oakwood, Georgia, encompasses three Class A industrial buildings totaling 496,195 square feet with 160,000 available for lease. The park is conveniently located along Interstate 985 and in close proximity to Atlanta.
Sam Simpson of Lincoln Property Company represented Outrigger Industrial in the transaction with James Phillpott and Conor Larkin of Cushman and Wakefield representing the tenant.
