Anthony Citrano is an Investment Professional for Outrigger Industrial as well as Centris industrial. He is responsible for development and value add support on the full deal cycle including new underwritings, equity/debt procurement, and facilitating deal closings. Additionally, Anthony supports the investment management and corporate finance function of the business. Anthony originally joined the team in May of 2025.

Before joining Outrigger Industrial, Anthony was an Associate on the Acquisitions team at Green Courte Partners. Prior to that, he worked at Bridge Industrial, where he was primarily responsible for underwriting and development activities across the company’s core markets.

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Commercial Real Estate from Marquette University.
