Atlanta, GA – January 9, 2026 Outrigger Industrial, in partnership with institutional equity partner Alpaca Real Estate, has acquired the 227,277 square foot building located at 1440 Rock Mountain Boulevard, in Stone Mountain, Georgia. A significant post-closing capital expense investment will be used to modernize the property focusing on infrastructure upgrades and aesthetic improvements. The full building is available for immediate lease.
