OUTRIGGER INDUSTRIAL COMPLETES FIRST BUILDING AT 99 CENTRAL LOGISTICS CENTER IN TULARE, CA

The New Development is the First in the Region for the Company

Los Angeles, CA - January 28, 2025 Outrigger Industrial has completed a 544,077 square foot Class A industrial building in Tulare, California. The building, located at 199 East Paige Avenue, marks the end of Phase 1 at 99 Central Logistics Center which is the first development for the company in the region. When all phases are finished, plans for the160-acre business park include four buildings totaling 2.4M square feet.

The newly completed building at 99 Central Logistics Center provides a unique opportunity given it can be expanded to encompass an additional 550,000 square feet. Features already in place include spec offices as well as generous 36 ‘clear heights, 56’x50’ column spacing and trailer parking. Situated in the heart of the Central Valley, the location provides easy access to major highways, ports and airports.
