Centris Industrial ("Centris") is an externally managed private REIT strategically designed to invest in speculative ground-up industrial development projects across the United States. 

OUR PLATFORM

Centris is externally managed by Centris Holdings, LP, an affiliate of CA Ventures ("CA"), the global vertically integrated real estate investment management company managing a multi-billion-dollar portfolio across the United States, Europe and Latin America. The Chicago-based firm offers comprehensive in-house investment, development and operational services, and specializes in a range of niche, commercial real estate asset classes including student living, senior living, life sciences, multifamily and industrial.
