OUTRIGGER INDUSTRIAL COMPLETES ACQUISITION

OF TWO DISTRIBUTION BUILDINGS IN BEAR, DE

The Investment Is The First for the Company In The Region

Bear, DE - January 23, 2025 Outrigger Industrial, in partnership with external investment firms, has recently finalized the acquisition of a two-building property located at 100 and 300 D and S Lane in Bear, Delaware. The purchase marks the first investment for Outrigger Industrial in the region.

 

“Our interest in the property was driven by strong market fundamentals, very low vacancy in small bay product along with upward mobility in rates due to robust tenant demand and a shortage of new development projects in the pipeline,” said Scott Henderson, Senior Vice President & Northeast Market Officer.  “With the buildings fully-leased, the purchase aligned perfectly with Outrigger Industrial’s strategy to expand its footprint in the distribution and logistics sector by targeting assets that combine market demand and long-term tenant stability.”

 

The acquired site spans 8 acres featuring an 85,000 square-foot building and a 40,000 square-foot building each offering 20-22’ clear heights and ESFR sprinkler systems. The site is conveniently located a few miles from direct access to I-95 and Pencader Industrial Park.

Currently, the property is fully leased to one tenant.​
